We have a much different experience with this dealer. The did not work properly on the ride home. We have only put 300 miles on the car and I am sick in the hospital. My wife has asked numerous times for payoff amounts and some customer care. Mr. Heiland is never around. We have tried to communicate with him many times. We have been ignored. What do we do now? We have had a horrible experience that is still not over due to Heiland not stepping up to the plate and calling us. I wish he would consider what his institution's behavior is doing to customers. I wish he would do the right thing, Truly. My wife has had to go at this alone and now I have to get involved even though I have not been well. Oh Well. B Williams
